Research has shown that today's female leaders attribute a significant portion of their success to playing competitive sports. Being part of a competitive team lays the foundation for many life skills such as cooperation, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving and an overall growth mindset.
COVID-19 has affected the world in many ways; hockey is no exception. This has impacted the cost of participation for our athletes and families. Sponsorship money is a vital component of our hockey program and will help offset the cost of participation. Due to the increasing cost of ice, equipment, professional skills coaches and other hockey essentials, sponsorship dollars are needed to allow us to create a competitive program where our girls can thrive while keeping it affordable for our families.
